Prós
USA Branches are fairly small and might offer growth for the right person. Great support from employees at corporate office.
Contras
Too many chiefs and not enough indians. Number of upper level managers is at times more than support employees. Staffing decisions are made based off of politics and not employee strengths, resulting in a high turnover. Overall moral is very low. Management preaches about having a positive attitude but does not lead by example. Instead, they talk behind employees backs and avoid "uncomfortable" situations by firing people. Reviews and/or raises are very few and far between.
