Above industry pay Good people (for now, many leaving from 4 days in office from March) Interesting work (in energy trading areas) Effort is put into end of year party, with food and drinks all provided. Room to grow into further positions, with lots of internal promotions (myself included) - depended on which area you're in
Contras
3 day mandatory office requirement. Moving to 4 in March. Melbourne office is a bit underwhelming, not much incentive to go in (but you're forced to anyway), they tried doing breakfasts on Mondays but only lasted for 2 weeks and now nothing.
