There are some very talented people on staff. Unfortunately, most have either left or are actively looking to leave.
Contras
-upper level management member berated staff for evacuating the office during a fire alarm. high turn over. -extremely high show volume per person. -no flexibility around WFH (though you are expected to WFH after “office hours”). -change in owners/CEO twice in the last five years. -constant restructuring of the marketing department
