The company deals with a variety of clients, and there are a lot of opportunities to collaborate and receive feedback from peers, who are professional, smart, and passionate in what they do. Senior management is open to your ideas and upward momentum in developing your career is encouraged. Flexible work hours. Work is never stale since each of us work with new clients as we complete numerous projects. As long as client projects have been completed, there are unlimited PTO days, which is very rare in contract companies. Wonderful product. PatternSpace is an amazing product well ahead of the competition and constantly improving. You get to work on the product with a hard-working and intelligent team.
Contras
Many expectations and work to finish (which is also a good thing). Since most of the employees are on-site with clients, it's hard to interact with your coworkers in person. We use Slack, ScreenHero, Google Hangout, and etc. to communicate, but there isn't an actual office space yet.
