Everything except the workstations. The management is not just clueless, they are malicious. I once saw the sales team get yelled at (yes, yelled, with raised voices) for over two hours because ONE client left. There were restrictions on the number of times you could use the bathroom. There were even security cameras watching you work. That isn't even the worst either. One member of management literally punched a hole in a wall after losing his temper in a meeting. At the meeting where I was told I was being fired, I was held against my will in the building until I was forced to sign a document saying I would forfeit pay, "pay back" $1000 so they could "cover their losses," and not take any legal action against them. If you have any questions or concerns, they have a bit of a reputation. Ask around at the local developer meetups or on LinkedIn. There is no amount of money that could possibly have made it worth it.
