This company allows employees to break the law. Most of the district managers forge signatures and the owners, Vice President and Corp staff all know about it. It is also expected of you as well! The pay was insulting and if you got a raise, it was a joke.

Benefits and pay are average. I work directly with a great team.

Terrible executive management. The CEO of PMC is not to be trusted. He is dishonest to his employees and government customers. The CEO of PMC is only concerned about the bottom dollar and his profit gain. Often at the expense of his employees. Most recently, PMC refused to pay their employees impacted by the government shutdown. However, PMC invoiced the government at 100%. At a time of financial strain and suffering for some of the employee's, PMC would gain a profit. In addition, employees were forced to exhaust PTO. Corporate executive management is out of touch with employees, customers, and the realities of doing business. Employee appreciation is personalized. Bonuses and employee recognition for field personnel is almost nonexistent even though we are the forefront of PMC. All in an effort to maximize over fluctuated bonuses for corporate management. Employee benefits and incentives continue to disappear. Honesty and integrity does not exist from executive management. In addition, some of the corporate team is young and inexperienced holding positions that they are unqualified for.
