Discrimation - Avaliação de funcionários no cargo de Junior Controls Engineer na empresa Process Automation Solutions

A lot of favoritism and blacks are discriminated against. I along with some other former employees have reported this unfair treatment to corporate but no investigation has been done. To me it seems that no one wants to do their job but instead sit on their butts to collect a check. Management at this office are very unprofessional, rude, and pathological liars. They lied about what this job really entails and they lie to every customer that they come in contact with. They only pay those that they favor, everyone else is paid the minimum and have been fired if asked about a raise. Most of the day is spent sitting in a cubicle with nothing to do and management walks around all day without informing employees what their assignment should be. Overall this job is a joke!!
