Prós

I had a fantastic line manager and generally all other colleagues were great.

Contras

Salary is set in stone, there is no scale. This is so poor and does not reflect the growth the skill or if you take on more responsibilities. From my knowledge, salary for the job i did has not changed since 2022.

The team/colleagues, the support made available, the management style and opportunities and facilitation of growth & training

Contras

The amount of internal change and restructuring at the time was exponential which sometimes made it feel difficult to stay caught up with the structure of the organisation and what was going on, new colleagues every week and chains of communication were changing pretty frequently but that was the only con I experienced

Prós

Great organisation, lovely colleagues who truly do seem to share the values of the organisation. If you ask for support, you will receive it. The work that they do really does a lot of good within the community. unlimited annual leave

Contras

They operate off of a set salary so there is no room for salary growth within bands. It does not recognise those with more experience than others.
