Prós
I am impressed with the level of programming talent that they have assembled. People are very skilled, and they are always accessible and extremely helpful. I am also very impressed with the level that they embrace Agile methodology - it allows you to build momentum to get things accomplished. Due to the pandemic, everyone is working remotely, but we are doing so extremely efficiently despite the distance. I believe it is primarily because of their embrace of Agile. I feel that management has a positive attitude and was extremely supportive of me and the work we were doing together.
Contras
Hours can be a bit much. Home/work balance tilts too much towards the work side of the scale. It's a large corporation - and the survival of the corporation comes first (but that is true of any large company).
