Worst executive team I have worked with for my 5 years here in Q. No concrete plans on how they will retain the top performers of the organization. What can coaching and review of attendance policy do for increasing attrition? Giving free foods and poorly executed engagement activities will not address Ops headcount issue. Special shout out to this newly promoted Executive Assistant (EA)who goes around and direct people acting as if the President. Ops people are the one giving revenue to the business, so be mindful on how you treat people and be sensitive to our availability. You may want to avoid bad mouthing employees in the Smoking Area as people are hearing you bad mouthing Ops Managers and Directors with how they interact with you. Just because you are the EA of the President, it does not give you the right to talk negatively of our employees.
