Quite a bit of pros:
- Hands-on practice on real-world projects right out of bootcamp, I was chosen to work on real projects right after the 2 week training
- WAY more involvement than any MNC can every give you in terms of product building. You ideate the product with everyone and your contribution will matter
- Work with very bright minds, way smarter than me
Contras
Not exactly cons but somethings to keep in mind:
- Grind a lot- you will require to invest in the time, sometimes 12hrs on average.
If you value work-life balance, this might not be the place. But if you value developing real-world skills and getting better at development, this is the place.
- High pressure environment- you've gotta make sure you can really handle pressure to build and ship fast with quality. You have to stay REALLY sharp.
