Contras
This company is unethical on all fronts. The environment is toxic and CEO owner runs everything through fear, control, and constant micromanaging. Management spends more time lying to employees than fixing real problems, especially when systems change and no training is provided. We were expected to magically learn new tools while still using paper files and outdated processes that slow everything down. The owner loses his temper, yells, questions credentials, and creates a workplace where people stay quiet just to avoid being targeted. Decisions bottleneck at the top, orders get delayed, and everyone pays the price except leadership. My advice is Stay Away!!!
