      Out of the city location means commuting is easy. On site cafe with shopping centre food court nearby. BBQ's available in business grounds. Foxtel available in break room

      Contras

      Gestapo-like tracking of employees in callcentre, remote monitoring of all computer functions is over the top compared to the rest of the industry. Poor flexibility with taking time off, even in emergency situations. Absent management is frequent with no cover.

      Flexible working environment. Constant support and training. Amazing rapport with in line managers and they’re always available when you need someone to chat to. Monthly reviews and amazing document support for job processing. Pay is incredible for the role.

      None! Can’t fault RACQ :) can’t wait to continue working for them
