It is supporting new comers that have no enough knowledge & access for bublic services in England. It privovids advice, guidance , information and signpost activities for those who have know enough konowldge about the ins and outs of UK.
Contras
As my cliants have got finincial difficulties, it was hard to operate in normal way. As most of our service users are vonerable and not out reached by the service providers , it was difficult to operate with out government and public funding.
