Prós
I learned a lot about how not to run a business. There was only one paycheck I did not work overtime. So the OT pay was nice. Rent discount was a perk too.
Contras
The corporate office did not pay bills on time to vendors, to which they would stop responding to property requests for cleanings, pest control, etc. At the site level, homes were often untouched on the day of the new residents move in. I developed a stress ulcer. There was no true support from corporate and it was a culture of throwing other people under the bus to save your own skin.
