very Low increments. though their are policies for all employees but with a lot of politics. they can take your incentives and increment and will inform you at very last minute of appraisal time without any prior information. Earlier it was a Good company with benefits, but now they are only focusing on cost cutting. not a Good experience for new joiners. No Team meets or any annual reward programs /conference to attend for all employees except sales.
