I have been given the chance to work in RGI for more than 7 years now. First year and a half is in the Philippines and the rest of my time had been in China. I had been given a lot of trust by the company and help me to grow from my full potential and still growing. The company is also diverse and very flexible when it comes to business and you will learn a lot from the whole process, it’s stable in a sense that it has withstand all the financial and economic challenge for about 30 years compare to its size. It creates impact in such a way that RGI has a lot of Philanthropic work around the globe that creates a meaning to work everyday. The colleagues here are amazing, almost felt like a family and I’ve built long lasting relationship all across the globe. It can easily make the hard work as fun as possible. They all came from different gender and raise but working together flexibly as one. RGI also have a lot of beneficial package on employees in a case to case basis; some are working on flexible schedule, some has gym compensation, transpo allowance, healthcare and other subsidies. Lastly, The management team might be a bit challenging that comes with the business demands, but you can learn a lot from them and it will help you grow as well professionally.
