      There is no management in Company.Abusive language is culture of this company.No Timely salary. Gap is 2 month and more.Company owner is very arrogant and full of ego. he never listen and always shout. he is boss not a leader.Tour bills takes lot of time to clear and they deduct your your amount from bill , They deduct your salary also as per there terms.

      Plant is in Chaksu and office is in malviya nagar industrial area jaipur.There is a Second hand bus of company which stuck in mid due to low engine efficiency.Jaipur staff suffers too much.Bus Depart from plant 6 PM and some time more then that. Ratio is 8:10.Staff keep waiting there. plant Time is 9AM to 5:30PM.I personally suffers a lot.Every senior staff leave company in 2-3 month either is he leaves or dismissed.

      This is a nice environment to learn diverse skills. I got the opportunity to work on several big projects which was a rewarding experience. The company has set high-quality standards so we are always exploring and trying to innovate and improve. Career opportunities within the company are also excellent. If you want to move up, you get the support to do that.

      Living up to the company’s standard requires consistent effort which can be demanding but it is rewarding.

      Nice place to work for those looking to grow in this industry. You get to work with experienced people and learn practical skills. The company is also expanding so there’s good future scope. You can get plenty of opportunities to take ownership and grow.

      Priorities are shifted unexpectedly, so you need to be quick in adjusting.
