Breach of Contract / " stalled work" - Avaliação de funcionários no cargo de IT Consultant na empresa RMS Computer

Recruiter lied to me about the start date. Issued a contract that has passed the initial starting target date by over 1 week! No tentative schedule yet,no badge yet, no work info yet (poc), address or even telephone number. Only got the company email setup but its useless nobody to interact on regarding the project. LoL / been on standby posted since mid Aug. Might look elsewhere if no badge is received by next week or option 2 ,might file a complain to the Vice President and seek more money for the lost wages and for breach of contract. ;)
