Working at RUI has been pretty great. The training got me up to speed fast, and I’ve always felt supported by management. They’re easy to talk to and always there when I need help. It’s a good place to work and grow.

Extremely hostile work environment. Management publicly shamed employees in group chats instead of handling performance concerns professionally. The culture was toxic, demoralizing, and based on intimidation rather than leadership or support. I would not recommend working here if you value respect and professionalism.
