Their method of payment is timely and always accurate and even in a slower economy they manage to continue providing work for their consultants due to an impeccable reputation in the industry.

The only possible con would be that the owner of the company is overworked and possibly doesn't have the right team in place on the office side of the business to assist in relieving some of the day to day duties that a president of a company shouldn't have to deal with.
