I always feel heard by my direct management, I feel valued and feel that the company aims at the employee’s wellbeing, always looking for setting up the best working conditions. The benefits are great, I don’t know how many other companies can say that they reward their employees with such good quarterly benefits! Work life balance is amazing, especially for a role like mine where it can get very hectic. No one wants you to work overtime or to overwork yourself and there are always people to go to for help and support.
Contras
The company is huge, so the best relationship is with your direct managers, meanwhile the upper management won’t know who you are. This isn’t necessarily a con but something to keep in mind if coming from a smaller company or prefer a smaller environment.
