Pay is poor There’s too much work with not enough support Pay is abysmal There’s no career opportunities Diversity progression is little more than lip service Pay isn’t enough for the work we do Management don’t want to help CEO has a track record in previous companies of getting rid of a lot of employees… Pay is appalling.
