- Still good people around, becoming few and far between - They try to make the work place 'fun' - Has gym and various work clubs/groups - Good training opportunities if you are proactive
Contras
- Trying too hard to retain the great small company culture they used to have, failing badly. - Most of the staff have lost the will to fight for the company, so many changes(just look how many times they've changed their strap-line). - They will promote any yes-men and as a result, talentless managers that have far less experience than most of their reports. - Always say they 'gave' Openstack away, doesn't have an ounce of truth to it. - Have all their bets on the market buying into the fluff of 'fanatical support' for other people's technology. Unfortunately they don't realise that they can't scale a few good people.
