Better than being unemployed .
Contras
Human Resources kept decreasing our benefits. We had our medical insurance added to our payslips then taken out of our salary. Our pensions were reduced and my pay increases did not keep pace with inflation, let alone my peers in other organisations. The worst was that in regional office you do not progress towards chartership, which is the whole point of being on a graduate scheme.
