The stack is in ruins and the system is probably like the last place that the CTO worked: "Poor performance, excessive maintenance and an uptime of only around 65% for the system.” Also, the CTO writes an annual manifesto that reads like a poorly written word salad of buzzword management that could only motivate people to leave or be quiet and accept the abuse from him and his Boston buddies.
