Horrendous - Avaliação de funcionários no cargo de Administration na empresa Rathbones

Since the acquiring of Investec IW&I Rathbones have drastically gone down hill. Valuable, knowledgeable and existing Rathbones staff have been pushed out. There are increasing resignations. Perks and benefits have been removed. Pay and pay rises are beyond poor and bonuses have always been extremely poor and not inline with competitors. Moral is at a all time low. People are constantly worried for their jobs. Incompetent and in experienced people are now in the more senior roles. Staff are not recognised, appreciated or rewarded unless in much senior roles. Career progression opportunities have been removed for many. They seem to want to push experienced staff out and replace them with cheap alternatives such as centralised administration and AI. Terrible place to work.
