Just the brandname that can be useful.

Contras

The HR leadership has biases towards people coming from top colleges. They favour pedigree over experience. They just bring people at any designation according to their whim and promote people who are favoured. The work is just all about doing tasks and there is no meaning in most of the projects that they do. They judge the people basis their availability round the clock on platforms like whatsapp etc. Yes they do not use Slack even after having paid accounts. This favoritism also affects the performance review and randomly they just force fit people on their bell curve with no proper justifications. They may have sensible people but they can't do much as their hands are tied and rest of the leadership are all about favoritism. They will promote some even in 6 months, even though it is a senior position, and some they will not promote even after one and a half years or more giving some random reasons. And suddenly you will see them bring people with very less experience at a higher positions.
