Simple work, laid back staff

This company hires many more employees than they need. They require new employees to purchase uniform. They do not have enough hours to provide work for their employees, so they string many young employees along providing them barely enough work to pay for the uniform. They will assign 2-3 hour shifts and will send employees home after 2 hrs once they have come and done the dirty work, bathrooms, dishes, etc. Manager does all of the light work and gets all of the hours. They run through employees carelessly, just hiring more when those really wanting to work finally leave after being shined on and promised hours for months. This is a mom and pop shop of friends taking care of friends and making money off of young high school aged kids buying uniforms.
