They incentivize getting certifications Great leadership. We get monthly surveys and leadership listens to the feedback. We got better benefits, including bigger 401K match! You get treated as a person, not like a cog in the machine Company keeps growing and exploring new areas

It's consulting, so you get a lot of variety with client attitudes + expectations Frequent changes as we grow. I think this is good, but it can be a con if you like stability
