Relies on hiring recent grads with boss stating that most facilitators only last 6 months. No upward mobility. Boss does own bookkeeping, and some payments were months late

The work environment is intense and ultimately unsustainable. Leadership—particularly the CEO—is overly controlling and unreceptive to feedback. The company appears to rely heavily on hiring recent graduates, likely banking on their inexperience with toxic workplace dynamics. While it’s marketed as a place for professional growth, it often takes advantage of those new to the workforce. Proceed with caution.
