Most importantly, it is full of fantastic people that are incredibly smart and supportive of each other. RegScale is ready for huge growth and industry transformation. This will make the hard work we all do very satisfying as we help transform our industry.

Transforming an industry is not easy!

My experience at RegScale was largely positive, marked by intellectually stimulating problems and engaging work. The dynamic startup setting fostered an exciting environment for tackling complex technical hurdles alongside a skilled team.

The company’s culture has unfortunately shifted toward a more competitive and unforgiving atmosphere, driven in part by intense competition from companies like Paramify, Drata, and others. As a result, the environment can feel increasingly high-pressure and unstable. I would not recommend the company to someone supporting a family; it is better suited for a Type-A, risk-tolerant individual looking for a challenge.
