Good Company - Avaliação de funcionários no cargo de Funcionário(a) sigiloso(a) na empresa Remote

I guess it depends on the team you are working with, but I was unluck to fall into a team that likes to micromanage everything, work hours, your work etc. For a company that says it's async, I've never had so many meetings as I have in Remote. But again, I do believe I was unluck to have a "toxic" team. My team also makes fun of people who works 9 hours a day, their expected work hours is 12 hours a day.
