Prós

Its product is quite interesting and can have a lot of impacts on EV industry, which can be a motivator. It's also a very multicultural company, so you get to know a lot of different people and make real friendships.

Contras

The overall atmosphere is very draining. There's little room for learning from errors. If something goes wrong, fingers are quickly pointed, and the focus is entirely on blame rather than problem-solving or growth. It's exhausting, especially when even the smallest issues are treated as big failures. Also, the company offers very little transparency around career progression. It feels like what was initially discussed in terms of growth potential is often dismissed or ignored.

Prós

Rentman is a relaxed, fun and inclusive place to work. The ambiance is relaxed and colleagues are always willing to help. Being located in a beautiful historical building in the centre of Utrecht makes it a great workplace. And the free lunch is awesome! There are many after work activity in which you can participate. As a former rental company owner it is a great opportunity to get a more deep insight in the industry and help companies get their work done. There are always new things to learn, new use cases to explore and new companies to get in contact with.

Contras

As interesting as the industry is, there is also a learning curve to get to know the users and how and why they work, especially if you're not familiar with the rental business.
