Communication of priorities is not always clear. Teams are somewhat siloed. Cross functional work can be difficult given the amount of turnover over - constantly re-explaining tasks and support needed to new people or people who fail to remember their involvement in the execution. As a venture capitalist backed company, they seem to be slower towards growth and taking risks.
