close knit bunch of people, the work itself isn't strenuous and if you are competent with targets, you shouldn't have an issue.

treated as a number, not as an individual. little/no room to progress. constant unnerving feeling of insecurity due to ridiculously high turnover. the "favourites" on the sales floor are blatantly obvious to the rest.
Because of the nature of the trade, staff are taken on with little/no experience just to have enough staff to get the work done - higher managment are then surprised when customer feed back is bad
Work/ilfe balance is awful & never got work out on time - hours just got longer and longer
