Contras

Sick leave policy is absolutely ridiculous, employee classification needs to be revisited MUCH sooner than the projected 2018 date (staff are underpaid & undervalued)

Local government is government at its best. The team at Riley County strives to serve the citizens and ensure they have the services they need.

Contras

Change doesn't happen quickly, but since policy affects all citizens of the county, that can be a positive aspect.
