The recruitment process at RISE was one of the smoothest and most respectful I’ve experienced. It was clear from the start what to expect, communication was always on point, and the timeline moved quickly without ever feeling rushed. Every interaction felt personal and professional, with interviewers who actually listened and asked thoughtful questions. One thing to note, this isn’t a checkbox process. The team really digs deep. They want to understand how you think, how you solve problems, and what kind of person you are, not just what’s on your resume. It requires you to be fully present and honest, which can be intense, but in a good way.
Contras
A funny “downside” is that it’s so positive, you might find yourself really wanting to get in, which makes the waiting between stages feel longer than it is. But that’s probably a sign they’re doing something right.
