Snacks and drinks in break room. Friendly management and co-workers.

The most problematic salesmen are the ones that are part owners of the company, which is pretty disappointing. We had a sheet to keep track of complaints and the top offenders were always, always also part owners. If those guys don’t care about being honest and aren’t getting fired, it tells me a lot about the values that the company/CEO cares about, which is not much. I was the person that angry customers were redirected to, and 90% of the time I was on their side as they had been lied to by the sales rep. Middle management can’t do much about it as they ultimately have no say over the sales team/owners. The office is constantly putting out fires and it created a very stressful environment and I grew to resent the people I was making money for. If you are lying to get sales, I have no respect for you or your company. The office managers and my co-workers are why I stayed for so long. But the culture of dishonest sales tactics being rewarded is trash.
