- Leadership team gave up on employees and company - Finances were bad because they did not invest in sales and engineering positions enough. Company should have gotten additional advisors for finance strategy. It could not handle or properly strategize to tackle debt. - Fires people very often and thinks this is the way to do business - Leadership often throws temper tantrums - Did not invest in employees salaries and benefits enough to attract or retain people - Lacks communication skills and responsibility of roles and impact with layoffs/firing - Leadership looks out for themselves and their own money at the end of the day - Leadership contributed to an uncomfortable environment and resistance to DEI efforts
