- management wise: Bad [super politic and this politic has been encouraged by someone in the company who verbally told not to be politic. ] - teaching schedule (Weekday): Mess [during weekdays, teaching schools with out of expectation timing and will need yourself to get the learning equipment to school! (Imagine! it is a lot due to you are teaching a class! But you still need to carry all of the equipment to school by yourself ALONE!!! - teaching schedule (Weekday - Part 2) : Different school got different office to report yourself! and this company doesnt provide a clear route to direct you to the office! Therefore you have to find it your own, no matter youre asking around or what! - Teaching Schedule (Weekend) : during weekend youre teaching in Roboto Tuition Centre. you are required to teach 3 students in a row with different courses different chapter different age group! Imagine 3 of the students are requiring extra care! you will be tore! - Routine: during non teaching time, you will be required to build robot for student use, and no worries! cause they will ask everyone to build it together with you!
