Terrible - Avaliação de funcionários no cargo de Production Worker na empresa Ropak

The work itself is pretty simple but no one will ever explain exactly what you have to do, even if they are aware you are new. Several times I have asked questions to the shift manager or other employees and they'll just walk off without answering you and when something goes wrong they have no problem yelling at you even if its a problem that you couldn't avoid like your machine malfunctioning. The working conditions are terrible, the factory is hot, you aren't allowed to have water while working and you aren't even guaranteed to have a fan at your station. The other day I came home from work drenched in sweat and I became violently ill from being so dehydrated even though I drank lots of water on my breaks. A lot of the older staff members are very miserable most likely because of the working conditions. If they see you struggling with your line they'll just watch. I could go on how terrible this place is, luckily it's a temporary situation for me but it is by far the worst job I have ever had.
