We'll admit fully that we'd much prefer to have these conversations in person in order to truly get to the core of the issue(s) and ultimately affect meaningful change. We understand that this forum is a place where frustrations and disappointment often overwhelm fact - and to this end we will always try to set the record straight with fact-based information and statements. We understand it's an anonymous forum where ex-employees and competitors alike can anonymously write nasty-grams about the company - but it also has a lot of great info within it. It's important to read-between-the-lines and find what resonates louder. For those that want access to C-level execs of an entrepreneurial enterprise, for those that want to be directly compensated for the outstanding work product - then we have what you need. This is a place where thought-leaders, self-motivated managers and those who like to excel can plant roots and really thrive.
