Prós
The team environment that they encourage makes you feel like you are working with close family. I learned so much over the few years I was able to work for the company. The approach they take to getting you ready to teach your own class was very positive and encouraging.
Contras
It was great until I moved cities, there are not many salons or classes available with Rusk. I also sold my car when I moved, which is vital to working for them.
