A great company to work for and upper management is extremely hands on and cares 100% about their employees and customers.

Contras

My job is remote work, and I don't have the opportunity to be there to actually interact with great people in Rx-Post, located in California.

Small startup company provides the opportunity to make a big impact. Leadership is collaborative, transparent, and easy to work with. Must be a self starter with high accountability to succeed

Contras

If you require a lot of hand holding you might not like it here. As a start up it’s very much necessary for everyone to do their jobs without daily check ins. Must be highly accountable and self driven.

Prós

When I visit friends and family and they ask about work, I love being able to respond by saying how great it is. RxPost has provided me with an environment where I get to learn and grow, as well as make meaningful contribution to a team. The time and commitment feels flexible enough to create a very healthy work-life balance too.

Contras

While working from home is pretty much all pro and no con, I sometimes do miss in-person collaboration. I felt like we made a lot more progress during our pre-pandemic in-person meetings, but even now I feel like we've got a good rhythm going for remote work.
