Benefits are okay and sometimes you get a free lunch
Contras
Pay is low for how much work you're expected to do during peak season (spring to summer).
This branch specifically is overworked with tons of orders that we struggle to catch up on compared to other branches across the country. You'll be working in a non-climate controlled warehouse for 9+ hours with only a 30 minute break (manager considers 15 minute breaks as being paid for not working). Overtime is mandatory during this season, even leaving after working 9 hours can get you a write up. You must stay until being told you can go home.
Saturdays are "voluntary" for three and a half hours to help catch up on the previous week and to stay ahead of next week which does nothing as we still get hundreds of orders on Monday.
Turnover rate is a bit high as we can't keep people to help keep up due to a ton of heavy lifting and high amount of orders.
There's little no growth and you're not valued for all the work you're expected to put in.
