This company is Unethical. UNETHICAL. And that includes the CEO and HR Department. No job security which creates scared employees. Several layoffs in 2017 and 2018 in all departments. Awful communication company wide. The CEO and CFO encourage departments to operate separately and try to keep department changes hush hush. Leadership and several employees DO NOT follow the company's core values. CEO and CFO allow and promote wasteful spending which has led to downsizing, abuse of company credit cards, and jealousy among employees. Irrational ideas created by or supported by the CEO have cost the company a ridiculous amount of money with no return on investment. Middle management is constantly disrespected and not heard. Their input is limited. Unearned leadership roles are handed out left and right. And if you want to be promoted or stay in any kind of management role, be prepared to set your morals aside. Be prepared to step on people, throw colleagues under the bus, lie, and to worship the ground the CEO walks on. Several employees have already jumped ship. THIS COMPANY IS JUST NOT GOOD. That's the simplest way to put it.
