I loved working with SMP and my Director Mendy. The Directors didn’t micromanage as long as you got your work done. Gabriel does an awesome training classes. As the market shifted my pipeline was getting thin and and I needed a more stable income. I loved all my Loan Officers well most. I would go back if able, once the market shifts back but who knows when that will be. I went on the insurance side to gain more knowledge for Property and Casualty.

Health benefits. Maybe give bonus’s to the processors that have been working there 3 plus years and have proven to be reliable. Other than that I enjoyed my time with SMP.
