Contras
Uncertainty and High Turnover --- The company faces significant instability, with a high turnover rate that creates an unpredictable work environment. Most colleagues have been with the company for less than a year, excluding the C-suite and leadership team. It’s not uncommon to suddenly find out during a call with your supervisor that your role is being terminated, sometimes with as little as a month’s (or even a week’s) notice.
Questionable Practices --- It’s concerning to witness situations where the company’s CTO feels the need to leave 5-star reviews to artificially boost the company’s reputation, rather than addressing the underlying issues that are damaging its credibility.
Misuse of the "Startup" Label --- The company often uses the "startup" label as an excuse to justify mistakes and inefficiencies, claiming that such challenges are typical for all startups and that employees must adapt. However, given that the company has been operating since 2017, it’s reasonable to expect a more mature and stable approach to operations and management.
