Prós

1. Open Culture 2. Good for growth to those who are only graduates (No need of possessing advanced degree for growth)

Contras

1. Slow Growth (Avg time to get promoted 4 years) 2. Some people at managerial level are typically from that worse orthodox Indian background which lacks politeness and the way in handling people and sub ordinates 3. Higher Education is not valued as you will not be paid more or considered for an early promotion even though you are a master's graduate. 4. To name two of the worse teams operating from India are (Reporting and Analysis team - Data Upstream) and the only Downstream team. (advice is not to join) 5. Many people have faced issues over employee-supervisor relationship 6. There will be no on-job training and you will be pressurized to on-board yourself by watching videos and going through material/notes on your own and asked to put in more efforts outside of your office working hours (offer letter will state that salary is inclusive of all the work performed outside of office hours)
